Food, drink, and hospitality trade show

FHC China is one of the largest exhibitions of imported food, drink, and hospitality products in China.
Taking place from 14 November to 16 November 2017 in Shanghai, the event will provide food and beverage professionals with opportunities to form partnerships with companies representing the latest industry innovations.
FHC will also be hosting ProWine China, Meat China, Tea and Coffee China, FHC Hotel and Restaurant China, and Beer China.

Specialist trade show for the food and drink industry

FHC China is expected to attract more than 2,400 exhibitors from around the world. This follows the success of last year’s show, which saw 2,350 companies representing 66 countries.
In 2016, visitors reached 72,246 buyers across the three days. The largest percentage of these visitors were from the retail or supermarket sector (41.7%), followed by distributors and wholesale (22.88%), as well as hospitality and contract catering market (18.3%). Other sectors included institutional catering, manufacturing, and consultants.
This year’s layout provides easy navigation between the eight halls, which will showcase a variety of specialist product sectors. The stalls and booths present an ideal way for visitors to research new products and network with potential suppliers worldwide.

China’s growing imported food market

China’s demand for imported food has been growing recently, as the increasingly wealthy population seeks more exotic foods. The country’s imports saw an annual growth of 17.4% from 2010 to 2014, according to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine.
Produces were received from more than 213 countries and regions, including the EU, the US, New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, and Russia.

With exhibitors representing various countries worldwide, FHC showcases high-quality foreign products such as nuts, spices, canned and fresh foods, as well as coffee beans.
