Analysis of patenting activity by companies shows that LG filed the most metaverse patents within the consumer industry in Q4 2023. The company filed 26 metaverse-related patents in the quarter, compared with 26 in the previous quarter. It was followed by GoerTek with 21 metaverse patent filings, NIKE (8 filings), and Intel (8 filings) in Q4 2023.
