Analysis of patenting activity by companies shows that Nestle filed the most plant-based diets patents within the consumer industry in Q4 2023. The company filed 31 plant-based diets-related patents in the quarter, compared with 36 in the previous quarter. It was followed by Kangnam University with 13 plant-based diets patent filings, Fyn??der Group (11 filings), and CJ (11 filings) in Q4 2023.
