Nature’s Path revealed last month that it was to acquire baby food and children’s snack brand Love Child Organics from local peer GreenSpace Brands.
The deal, struck for an undisclosed sum, marked Nature’s Path’s entry into the baby-food market.
Love Child manufactures snack brands aimed at children such as Sealfriends, Oaty Chomps and Love Duck, as well as baby purées in pouches under the Love Child Organics brand name.
